• We’ve created the Convoke Dashboard!

  When you log into your Convoke account, you will see your editable calendar and other new features, including your Day at a Glance, Priorities, and Pending Invites.

  One distilled view of your day and the prep you’ll need for each meeting.

• Priorities

  We believe there are many beneficial methods for organizing your day. One simple method is identifying your Most Important Things (MITs). You can now designate your most important priorities.

🌱 Product Changes

• Scheduler will override defaults if the host asks specifically for a time outside of working hours, and offer specific times to your guests.
• Scheduler will automatically find time for connected guests if the requested time isn’t available.
• Convoke will send reminders to guests who haven’t responded with their availability. We are testing appropriate durations; send your suggestions to [email protected].
• The edit meeting UI warns meeting hosts if they select an unavailable time.

🐞 Fixes and Refinements

• Meeting templates now recognize breather time and separate meetings from each other to prevent back-to-back calls.
